GSM stands for ‘Grams per Square Meter’. It allows print buyers and print suppliers to know exactly about the quality of paper that is being ordered.
The higher the GSM number, the heavier the paper.
PT stands for Point. The paper is measured with a Caliper (device used to measure the distance between two opposite sides of an object).
Like GSM, the higher the PT number, the heavier the paper.
